IMPORTANT — Please read these Terms carefully before using the Application. By downloading, installing, or using Hashtrion Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

About Hashtrion Wallet
Hashtrion Wallet is a non-custodial mobile application developed by Hashtrion Pty Ltd ("Hashtrion", "we", "our", or "us") that enables users to interact with public blockchain networks including the XRP Ledger and the Stellar Network.
The Application enables users to:
- Create or import blockchain wallet accounts
- Send and receive digital assets including XRP, XLM, and supported tokens
- View blockchain account balances and publicly available transaction data
- Access third-party services such as fiat-to-crypto on-ramp providers
Hashtrion is a software provider only. We do not operate blockchain networks, hold user funds, provide financial advice, or act as an exchange, broker, custodian, or financial institution.
Eligibility
By using the Application you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Your use of the Application and any digital assets complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions
If you are using the Application on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Non-Custodial Wallet and Private Keys
Hashtrion Wallet is a non-custodial application. This means:
- You alone control your blockchain accounts and digital assets
- Hashtrion does not store, access, or control your private keys, secret keys, or recovery phrases
- Hashtrion cannot recover lost credentials, reset your wallet, or reverse transactions
- Loss of your private keys or recovery phrase may result in permanent and irreversible loss of your digital assets
⚠ Important: You are solely responsible for securely storing backups of your wallet credentials outside of the Application. We strongly recommend maintaining multiple secure offline backups.
Blockchain Networks
The Application interacts with decentralised blockchain networks including the XRP Ledger and the Stellar Network, operated by independent participants and validators. As a result:
- Transactions submitted to a blockchain are generally irreversible once confirmed
- Hashtrion cannot cancel, modify, or reverse any submitted transaction
- Transaction confirmation depends on the operation of the relevant network and is outside Hashtrion's control
- Network delays, congestion, forks, or outages may occur at any time
- Network fees are set by the blockchain network, not by Hashtrion
Hashtrion does not operate or control any blockchain network and cannot guarantee that any transaction will be confirmed or completed.
Transactions
When submitting transactions through the Application, you acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before approval, including recipient addresses, amounts, and fees
- Sending digital assets to an incorrect address is likely to result in permanent loss with no possibility of recovery
- All confirmed blockchain transactions are irreversible
- Hashtrion is not responsible for any losses arising from errors in transactions you initiate
Third-Party Services
The Application may integrate or provide access to services operated by third parties, including fiat-to-crypto on-ramp providers, blockchain data providers, and other external services ("Third-Party Services").
In relation to Third-Party Services:
- They operate independently of Hashtrion under their own terms and privacy policies
- Hashtrion does not control, endorse, or guarantee the performance, availability, or legality of any Third-Party Service
- Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk
- Hashtrion is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Third-Party Services
You are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any Third-Party Service you access through the Application.
Digital Asset and Token Risks
Digital assets and blockchain technology involve significant risks. By using the Application, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Digital asset prices are highly volatile and may result in substantial or total loss of value
- Blockchain networks may be subject to protocol changes, forks, or failures beyond anyone's control
- Tokens issued by third parties on supported networks may have no value, limited liquidity, or may not be redeemable
- The presence or display of any asset in the Application does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Hashtrion
- You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks, legitimacy, and suitability of any digital asset you choose to interact with
Hashtrion does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the Application or these Terms constitutes a recommendation to acquire, hold, or dispose of any digital asset.
User Responsibilities
When using the Application, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Maintain the security of your mobile device and keep your operating system up to date
- Protect your wallet credentials, recovery phrases, and private keys
- Verify all transaction details before confirming
- Not jailbreak, root, or otherwise compromise the security of your device
You must not use the Application to:
- Engage in any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or the financing of terrorism
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access controls
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Violate the rights of any third party
Fees
Use of the Application may involve the following types of fees:
- Blockchain network transaction fees, which are set by the relevant network and not by Hashtrion
- Fees charged directly by third-party service providers for their services
- Service fees introduced by Hashtrion for use of specific Application features
Where Hashtrion introduces service fees, they will be clearly disclosed to you within the Application prior to any charge being applied. Your confirmation of a transaction constitutes agreement to pay all applicable fees.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Application, including software, design, branding, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to Hashtrion.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application for your own lawful personal use. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Application or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
- Use the Application or its content for any unauthorised commercial purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Application
Availability and Changes
Hashtrion may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. This may include:
- Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
- Security updates or upgrades
- Changes to features or functionality
- Withdrawal of support for specific blockchain networks or assets
Hashtrion does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Application. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Application.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hashtrion expressly disclaims all warranties, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, security, reliability, and non-infringement.
Hashtrion does not warrant that the Application will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions, or that any data displayed through the Application will be accurate or current.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hashtrion and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Loss of digital assets or wallet credentials
- User errors in submitting transactions
- Losses resulting from blockchain network failures, forks, or protocol changes
- Losses arising from the use of or inability to use Third-Party Services
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hashtrion, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Application
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of the rights of any third party
Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination
Hashtrion may restrict or terminate your access to the Application at any time if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- Required by applicable law or regulatory obligation
- Necessary for security or operational reasons
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.
Changes to These Terms
Hashtrion may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Application or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Application after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Application shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Australian law.
General
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hashtrion regarding your use of the Application and supersede all prior agreements.
- You may not assign or transfer any rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Hashtrion may assign its rights without restriction.
